1. Refund Policy (Pakistan Orders)

Refunds are only available on full-priced items.
To qualify for a refund:
- You must submit your request within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.
Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected by our team.

Important: Refunds are not accepted after the 3-day window.

2. Sale & Discounted Items

Products purchased during sales, promotions, or discounts are not eligible for refunds.
These items may be exchanged within 3 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused and in original condition
- The requested exchange item is available in stock

3. Exchange Conditions

We offer exchanges for:

Incorrect sizes
Wrong item delivered

To be eligible:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
Exchange must be requested within 3 days of delivery

Note: Change of mind is not considered a valid reason for return or exchange.

4. Return & Exchange Process

To request a return or exchange:

Include your Order Number, Item Name, and Reason
Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our customer support team

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless:

The item received is incorrect or damaged

5. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are issued within 7–10 working days after the returned item is received and approved.
For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer. You'll need to provide valid bank account details.

6. International Orders

No refunds are provided for international orders.
Exchanges may be possible within 20 days, provided:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- The customer covers all shipping charges (both ways)
Sale or discounted international items are non-exchangeable

7. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your parcel arrives:
