1. Refund Policy (Pakistan Orders)
- Refunds are only available on full-priced items.
- To qualify for a refund:
- You must submit your request within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.
- Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected by our team.
Important: Refunds are not accepted after the 3-day window.
2. Sale & Discounted Items
- Products purchased during sales, promotions, or discounts are not eligible for refunds.
- These items may be exchanged within 3 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused and in original condition
- The requested exchange item is available in stock
3. Exchange Conditions
We offer exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizes
- Wrong item delivered
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Exchange must be requested within 3 days of delivery
Note: Change of mind is not considered a valid reason for return or exchange.
4. Return & Exchange Process
To request a return or exchange:
- Email us at support@sidrobez.com
- Include your Order Number, Item Name, and Reason
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our customer support team
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless:
- The item received is incorrect or damaged
5. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are issued within 7–10 working days after the returned item is received and approved.
- For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer. You’ll need to provide valid bank account details.
6. International Orders
- No refunds are provided for international orders.
- Exchanges may be possible within 20 days, provided:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- The customer covers all shipping charges (both ways)
- Sale or discounted international items are non-exchangeable
7. Damaged or Wrong Items
If your parcel arrives:
- Damaged
- Incomplete
- With an incorrect item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your Order Number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A description of the issue
We’ll assess the situation and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund as needed.
