Delivery & Shipping
Domestic Orders (Within Pakistan)
- Delivery Time: 2–3 working days
- During sales/promotions: 5–7 working days
- Flat shipping fee: Rs. 100
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available with no additional charge
- Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, public holidays, courier disruptions)
International Orders
- Processing Time: 1–2 working days after payment confirmation
- Shipping Time: 4–6 working days, or 8–12 working days during promotions/sale periods
- Only prepaid orders accepted (Credit/Debit Card or Bank Transfer)
- COD not available for international deliveries
International Shipping Fees
Charges are calculated based on destination, package size, and courier service. Final cost may vary depending on logistics and local customs.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by the destination country. Sidrobez does not control or cover these charges.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled:
- By the customer before processing
- By Sidrobez in the following situations:
- Out-of-stock items
- Pricing errors or technical glitches
- Shipping issues
- Failed payment or fraud detection
Refunds for prepaid orders (via card or bank transfer) will be processed within 20 working days to the original payment method.
Exchange & Refund Policy
Domestic Orders (Within Pakistan)
- Refunds are available on full-priced items only
- To be eligible, refund requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the parcel
- Items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original packaging with tags intact
- Sale or promotional items are not eligible for refund — only exchange is allowed within 3 days, subject to stock availability
- Fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged
- Change of mind is not a valid reason for return
- Damage due to misuse, washing errors, or negligence is not covered
International Orders
- No refunds are offered on international orders
- Exchanges are accepted within 20 days, provided the customer pays the full cost of return and reshipping
- No exchange or refund is allowed for a change of mind
Lost or Damaged Orders
Lost in Transit
If your parcel is lost, our support team will investigate within 4–5 working days and offer a resolution — either a replacement or compensation.
Damaged or Incomplete Orders
If your parcel:
- Arrives with damaged items (e.g., torn fabric)
- Is missing any part of the order
- Has tampered or open packaging
Please contact Sidrobez Customer Care within 14 days of receipt. You may be required to share photos of the parcel and items. After review, we’ll resolve the issue through replacement or compensation.
Pricing & Taxes
All product prices listed on the Sidrobez website are inclusive of sales tax, in accordance with Pakistan’s tax laws.
Secure Payments & Fraud Checks
All online payments (via debit/credit card or bank transfer) are subject to secure fraud screening. Orders will only be processed after successful verification.
Note: Credit card orders may take up to 48 working hours to be verified.
